How much does shipping cost?

All items on the Beauty Draft website have free shipping. At this time, delivery is possible in the continental USA. We do not send items to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Will I get a tracking number?

Wherever possible, our shipments will include a tracking number you can use to follow its progress. In some cases, the tracking number will not be available because certain transport providers do not offer such options.

If there is a tracking number for your shipment, we will forward it to you as soon as the shipping service delivers it to us. Clicking the link will redirect you to our Order Tracking page and display the status of your order. You can always go to your Account dashboard, navigate to the Order Tracking page and manually input your tracking code. Entering your tracking number will display the current status of your package.

My order is “processing”?

Order processing is a process that involves the verification and preparation of your order, QC of the item(s) in question, packaging, sorting and sending. This process usually lasts between 1-2 work days (Monday to Friday, during business hours). After this stage is complete, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. You may also receive a tracking number (if available), which you can use to track the location of your package.

How soon can I get my order?

Transport time is the time needed for the shipment to reach its destination and is calculated from the moment you receive a shipping notification email. The timeline depends on the destination and transport service used.

We use USPS/UPS as our shipping partners, which specify an average of around 2-8 days for delivering packages within the continental USA.

Please keep in mind that these are only estimates subject to change due to circumstances outside our control, like the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

What if there's a problem with my order?

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, postal worker strikes, customs holdups, etc. may delay the arrival of your shipment, and that we have no impact on such events.

Sometimes, a shipment fails to arrive. From the moment a package enters a postal service system, Beauty Draft is not responsible for the package and has no influence on its progress. However, because we value our customers and want to ensure the best user experience possible, we decided to offer additional support in such cases. If your shipment takes longer than 30 work days to arrive, contact us, and we will investigate further. If we confirm delivery failure, we will contact you in order to settle the matter to your benefit. Fortunately, this happens rarely and everything usually goes according to plan.

In any case, we stand ready to address any issues you may encounter to ensure the absolute best customer experience.

Is my information secure?

We know how important the security of personal information is to our customers, which is why we do everything in our power to create a secure and safe environment to shop in. Rest assured that that security is never compromised, from the first click on our website until the purchase is complete.

Our website uses SSL traffic encryption, which is a reliable sign that security is up to snuff. This can be attested by https:// in your browser’s address bar, or by a green lock or some other graphic representation. Clicking that icon will usually grant you access to details concerning certificates, cookies and other elements the website uses.

In order to ensure the highest possible level of data security, we have chosen PayPal as our exclusive payment processor. That means that at no point can we see your credit card information. The only one with access to such information is PayPal itself, who stores it in their safe servers.

How do I pay for an item?

Here at Beauty Draft we use PayPal as our exclusive payment processor to maximize our users’ security and ensure a high-quality experience.

The payment process goes as follows. When you add an item to your cart, go to checkout, accept our terms of service and click on the PayPal button, you will be redirected to a new window that leads to PayPal. From there, you can open a PayPal account, input your information and finalize the purchase through PayPal or some of the supported credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

If you already have a PayPal account, the process is even simpler, as clicking the checkout button will immediately redirect you to your PayPal account and payment options.

What currency do you use?

All payments on our site are in USD (United States Dollar).

Be advised that if you use a different currency on your card, PayPal may charge you additional fees for the purpose of currency conversion.

What is your refund policy?

Here at Beauty Draft, we want shopping on our website to be a pleasant experience and wish to earn the trust of our customers. If for some reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return policy to return your product for a full refund or in-store credit (whichever you prefer). You will receive all your money back, including the original shipping costs. You can return the item within fifteen days from delivery, provided you are eligible for a refund.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You do not receive your item within the guaranteed time (a maximum of 30 work days not including 1-2 day processing).
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

In the third case, the item you wish to return must be in the same condition you received it in: new, unused and in the original packaging (if applicable). The return shipping costs fall to the customer. We recommend using a tracking number to be certain that we receive the item.

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control. (For example, if you provide the wrong shipping address, that is your responsibility over which we have no control.)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you decide to return an item, you can go to our contact page, or contact us directly. Either way, we will get back to you with additional instructions and return address as soon as your request is processed (2-3 workdays). We will grant you in-store credit or give you a full refund (depending on your preference) within 3 workdays from receiving the package, after making sure that everything is in order. A refund can only be paid to the account that was used to make the order. You will receive a notification email as soon as you have been refunded.
